Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect the minimum the law and your order require, we don’t sell your information, and what happens at the dispensary stays at the dispensary.
What we collect
Your ID is checked to verify you’re 21+ — as New Jersey law requires — each time you shop. For pickup and delivery orders we collect your name, contact details, and delivery address. If you join Let’s Be Buds, we keep your purchase history to run your points. Our website stores a single flag in your browser confirming you passed the age gate; we don’t run advertising trackers.
How we use it
To fulfill your orders, run the loyalty program, comply with Cannabis Regulatory Commission record-keeping requirements, and — only if you opt in — send you deal announcements. That’s the list.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don’t share purchase history with anyone except as required by law, and our delivery bags are unmarked because your business is your business.
Third parties
Our online menu and checkout run on a licensed e-commerce partner’s platform, and our site embeds a Google map — each governed by its own privacy policy. We choose partners that serve the regulated cannabis industry and its record-keeping rules.
Your choices
Want your loyalty account closed, your contact details corrected, or your marketing messages stopped? Email care@hammchaz.com or tell any budtender — we’ll handle it. Records the CRC requires us to keep are retained for the legally mandated period.
