Using this website or shopping with Hamm & Chaz means agreeing to the ground rules below. They’re mostly common sense, written down.
21+ only, everywhere
This website, our shop, and our delivery service are for adults 21 and over with valid government-issued ID. Passing the site’s age gate confirms you meet New Jersey’s legal age; misrepresenting your age is a violation of these terms and the law.
Orders & delivery
All sales follow Cannabis Regulatory Commission rules: valid ID at pickup or delivery, purchase limits per transaction, and delivery only to the ordering adult in person at an eligible address. Prices and availability can change until the sale completes; deals can’t be combined unless stated and last while supplies do.
Returns
Defective products — a dead cart, a compromised seal — come back to the counter with the receipt and packaging, and we’ll make it right within what state rules allow. Change-of-heart returns on opened cannabis products aren’t permitted by law.
Responsible use
Cannabis products are for use only by adults 21+; keep them away from children and pets, don’t drive or operate machinery under the influence, and don’t take products across state lines. Let’s Be Buds membership is free and personal to you. Points have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and program details may evolve — the counter always has the current rules.
